Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate or business preferred.
Strong proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva).
Solid Excel/spreadsheet skills and ability to learn underwriting/pricing models.
Excellent written communication with high accuracy.
CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred but not required.
Prior exposure to government, workforce housing, hospitality, residential, or affordable home ownership programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build client-facing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for the Industry Sales Lead.
Conduct account and market research to identify target accounts within the vertical.
Perform preliminary underwriting analysis on prospective deals (unit economics, feasibility, risk).
Assist in assembling deal packet inputs for Deal Desk and pricing analyses.
Maintain CRM hygiene, schedules, and follow-up; coordinate with Ops and Logistics.
