Job summary

Fairwinds Technologies, LLC is seeking a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to support growth in US government opportunities for communications, networking, and IT solutions. You will assist with proposals, quotes, and customer contact plans while maintaining accurate forecasts.

The role requires 1-2 years in sales, strong written communication, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. The position is remote, with up to 10% travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground and other US locations as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management.
1-2 years of experience in sales.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to obtain an Active Secret or higher DoD Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Support the VP, IDIQ Programs and the Sales team with proposals for contract vehicles.
Build and maintain proposals with all costs and markups.
Help write responses to RFI on MAAC, G2R, OASIS+ and Sam.gov open solicitations.
Develop relationships with US government and Prime Contractor customers to understand needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales plans and proposals.
Participate in sales reviews and provide updates to senior management.
Monitor competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain the sales bookings forecast and assist in planning customer contacts.
