Job summary

Secureframe is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to advise prospects on IT audit and compliance, linking Secureframe Trust and Comply features to customer pain points and desired capabilities. You will work with sales, product, and engineering to tailor demonstrations and proposals for a fast-paced GTM environment.

The role is remote from the US or Canada, with opportunities to influence product direction and drive customer value through effective security guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical security consulting or sales experience.
• Translate complex compliance requirements into actionable security configurations.
• Review and interpret cloud infrastructure diagrams for data, system and network boundaries.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and FedRAMP/NIST frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify and secure prospects.
• Provide security and compliance SME guidance on sales calls.
• Address technical compliance inquiries from prospects.
• Educate prospects on their compliance obligations within Secureframe.
• Coordinate with product/engineering to reflect customer needs.
