Job summary

Ibex Limited is seeking a Sales & Retention Representative to support new and existing customers from a remote, home-based setting. The role blends proactive sales with responsive customer service, rewarding performance with incentives and growth opportunities.

Day-to-day you’ll promote products, identify needs, process account changes, and resolve billing inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Scheduled hours are 1:30pm–10pm EST / 12:30pm–9pm CST with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening needed.
• Sales and service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services with confidence.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Handle service and account changes with accuracy and professionalism.
• Complete save/service orders and negotiate when needed.
• Resolve billing inquiries and adjustments.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.
