Job summary

Ibex Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with shifts across 5:00 am–11:00 pm local time, Sunday–Saturday, including weekends and potential overtime during peak periods.

You’ll help customers and pharmacies with questions about home delivery pharmacy services and benefits, using your communication and problem‑solving skills to assist effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Windows PC applications and learning new systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to approximately 60–80 incoming calls from customers or pharmacies regarding home delivery pharmacy services or pharmacy benefits.
• Ask appropriate questions, actively listen, and document required information in computer systems.
• Occasionally make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, providing professional and helpful customer service.
