Job summary

Allied Mineral Products Holding, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Sales Representative for the North Eastern U.S. to sell refractory products and services to aluminum and industrial markets.

You will develop relationships with current and potential customers and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order placement. This role is based in a home office with travel to customer sites as needed, requiring strong communication, a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a results-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in aluminum/industrial refractory preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• Willing to obtain and maintain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Attend safety trainings and drive to customer sites as needed.
• Develop positive relationships with current and potential customers.
• Work from a home-based office with minimal direct supervision.
• Identify customer needs and propose Allied solutions.
• Communicate opportunities weekly via Allied’s report system.
• Complete sales, forecasting, and expense reports on time.
• Coordinate engineering support and quote requests.
• Own the entire sales process from prospecting to PO issuance.
• Travel as needed to meet sales goals.
• Participate in annual sales meetings.
