Job summary

MT Talent Solutions Inc. is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for two Pennsylvania foundry facilities.

You will lead regional sales and business development, identify opportunities, and build lasting customer relationships with ferrous and non-ferrous casting customers. The role requires a hunter mentality, strong B2B sales skills, and the ability to travel across Pennsylvania to meet with procurement, engineering and operations teams, delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Foundry industry experience is mandatory.
• 10+ years of relevant experience within foundry or metal casting.
• Proven success in B2B sales and business development within the foundry industry.
• Hunter mentality with ability to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities.
• Strong strategic and consultative selling skills for complex customer needs.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-oriented with accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Travel across Pennsylvania and occasional out-of-state travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and business development for two foundry facilities.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand customer base.
• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, uncovering additional opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across procurement, engineering, and operations.
• Provide consultative findings on customer requirements, production challenges, and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
