Qualifications

• Experience in steel, foundry, refractory, electrode or related industrial markets is required.
• Must be located in Pennsylvania or a neighboring state.
• Home-based position with 50-70% travel across the assigned territory.
• Strong preference for candidates with iron, steel, foundry, refractory or high-temperature process knowledge.
• Must manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell technical products and solutions, not commodities.
• Call on steel mills, foundries, and heavy industrial manufacturers.
• Own full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, customer visits, forecasting, CRM management, and account growth.
