Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare sales, including 5+ years in a start-up environment.
• 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to healthcare providers treating cancer.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in complex sales environments.
• Experience launching new LDTs and managing multi-state territories.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across diversified customer base and portfolio.
• Drive new and existing account growth via product launches and expanded usage.
• Educate customers on product clinical value, safety, and indications; identify opportunities and resolve challenges.
• Engage in consultative selling to identify customer pain points and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage territory (Dallas/North Texas) with call planning and CRM follow-through.
• Represent CareDx with professionalism and adhere to quality and regulatory standards.
