Job summary

Bazeta is seeking a Manager EA Sales and Proposal Long Products to lead marketing and selling of Long Products Electrics & Automation in the Americas. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on proposal development and customer engagement.

Travel will be frequent (25–40%), with supervision of up to three Sales and Proposal Engineers. A BS in Engineering and 5 years in Industrial Automation are required to drive technical and commercial success.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in Industrial Automation.
• Experience in Section/Rail Mills and/or Bar and Wire mills is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal writing and editing.
• Manage sales calls and marketing activities.
• Coordinate engineering work for proposals and projects.
• Supervise up to 3 Sales and Proposal Engineers.
• Travel 25–40% for customer and supplier visits or internal meetings.
