Job summary

DCX Client Services is seeking a Home-Based Assistant Sales Project Manager to support end-to-end delivery of customer projects for US-based clients from a remote setup in the Philippines.

The role requires strong English communication, exceptional organization, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines. You will coordinate quotes and orders, liaise with vendors, and maintain project records in Method CRM.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Experience with CRM and procurement processes as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from start to finish through the sales and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Assist with quoting, order processing, and monitoring milestones and timelines.
• Participate in customer meetings, document action items, and support follow-up activities.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally and promptly.
• Escalate risks or delays as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain CRM and project documentation, and support reporting on activity.
