DCX PH Inc. is seeking a flexible, self-motivated Marketing/Promo Sales Assistant to support client projects from a home-based setup in the United States.

You will handle proposals, quotes, order tracking, and communications with clients and internal teams, while learning new software and adapting to varied tasks. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, marketing or direct promo sales ideal.
• 1–3 years of promo industry experience ideal or experience in marketing/e-commerce.
• College degree in communications or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Proposals/Quotes/Opportunities.
• Locate tracking numbers for samples and check inventory.
• Get shipping estimates and perform order entry.
• Request virtuals and manage artwork proofs.
• Create presentations in Canva/marketing boards/PowerPoint.
• Provide general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.

Job Description

The DCX Client Services - Home Based Sales Assistant that will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States.You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details

• Industry: Promotional
• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM(USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
• Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
• Salary Range: 25,000-35,000

Daily Responsibilities

• Create Proposals/Quotes/Opportunities
• Locating Tracking Numbers for samples
• Checking Inventory
• Getting Shipping Estimates
• Order Entry
• Requesting Virtuals
• Storing files and Artwork
• Communicating with our internalteam to check on order status should a client ask
• Sending Proofs to Clients
• Sending Artwork to our Art team to prepare proofs
• Sending Proofs to Clients
• Creating Presentations in Canva/marketing boards/ powerpoint as needed
• Providing general day to day customer service to clients and vendors
• Providing executive assistant support as needed
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Experience in customer service, marketing or direct promo sales experience ideal
• Experience:1-3 years of Promo industryexperience ideal OR experience in marketing / e-commerce
• Education: College degree in communications or marketing ideal

Software that will be used

• Various promotional industry specific software (I.e. Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
• Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
• Basic exposure to AdobeIllustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva is ideal
