Job summary

DCX PH is seeking a Home Based Promotional Customer Service Representative to support order management and client relations for partner brands. This remote, full-time role starts as a 3-month contingent contract with potential progression to full-time, based on client decisions and performance.

You will handle end-to-end order processing, update stakeholders, maintain CRM records, and build trust with customers while communicating changes in status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage end-to-end process until delivery.
• Update order status with stakeholders and clients.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Resolve order issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Document activities in internal systems and keep CRM up to date.
• Follow communication procedures and policies.
