This role requires tracking quotes, coordinating with multiple vendors, and maintaining accurate project records while collaborating with U.S.-based leadership and vendors. The position is fully remote across LATAM with daytime alignment to U.S. business hours.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in sales coordination or related administrative roles.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and cloud document systems.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, enter, and organize customer quotes using leadership guidance.
• Track quote requests, deadlines, revisions and customer responses.
• Ensure quotes are reviewed and delivered on time.
• Maintain records of open quotes and follow-up commitments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to fill information gaps.
