Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance or marketing coordination
• Proficiency in Canva and ChatGPT
• Experience scheduling social content with Metricool
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for professional comms
• Strong written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing operations and social media management
• Coordinate client communications and proposals
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare reports
• Assist with invoices, reports, and presentations
