Job summary

Empower is seeking a Sales Program Manager to help launch and rapidly grow in new markets across the country. This role can be remote (U.S. only), or in-person in McLean, Virginia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales recruiting experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Goal-oriented, organized, high-energy problem-solver with an exceptional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, contract with, train, and oversee field sales contractors in newly launched markets across the country.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Conduct background checks and team trainings.
• Ensure adequate inventory of marketing materials.
• Continuously refine processes, SOPs, and team workflows to optimize Empower’s Field Sales Program.
