Job summary

Modash is seeking a Sales Manager for North America to lead a growing NA Account Executive team. You will own coaching, performance management, and the development of the reps, while driving the majority of the NA revenue.

You'll run pipeline reviews, enforce CRM hygiene, and oversee strategy with the broader org. This role is remote and requires strong B2B SaaS experience and a proven track record scaling teams.

Qualifications

• Managed account executives (teams of 5-10+).
• Strong coaching ability; diagnose and change behavior.
• Experience with full PIPs and hard performance conversations.
• Strong consultative sales skills and remote team leadership.
• B2B SaaS background and prior scale experience.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day people management: 1:1s, growth plans, and feedback.
• Lead pipeline reviews, CRM hygiene, and quarterly reporting.
• Assist in key deals, join deal reviews, and approve non-standard quotes.
• Support hiring, enablement, and resource planning for NA team.
