Inizio Engage is seeking a Growth Enablement and Launch Specialist to provide client solutions with opportunity development support while guiding the implementation of new engagements. You’ll draft proposals, coordinate with SMEs, and manage program stand-up from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Development 50%: draft RFP responses, gather SME input, manage proposals, maintain repository, learn Engage portfolio.
• Implementation Support 50%: develop project plans, manage milestones, assign stakeholders, liaise with client PMO.
