Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive nationwide revenue growth from a fully remote setup. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients with uncapped commissions and incentives tied to performance.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication, CRM fluency, and the ability to build relationships. Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish may qualify for additional compensation.
