Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role in Care Center Sales. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide.

The position offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan with company match. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates may receive additional compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask with urgency.
• Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
• Courteous, confident, and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
