Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 6 years of relevant experience in a matrix environment.
• 4 years experience in managing against budgets, including sales and profit growth.
• 3+ years experience as a team lead or sales leader.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders and internal support resources to identify areas of improvement and align departmental goals.
• Drive standardized processes to improve productivity and data quality across systems and tools.
• Coordinate revenue planning, pipeline reviews, and quarterly forecasts with sales teams.
• Define and publish standard operating procedures for the sales organization.
• Lead change in cross-functional teams to achieve margin growth and efficiency.
