Job summary

Wesco seeks a Manager – Sales to drive services demand and growth in the high-density data center space. This role partners with sales teams and customers from pre-award development through post-award delivery, leveraging IT knowledge of data center solutions including power, cooling, AI infrastructure, rack integration and supply chain logistics.

You will lead a sales team, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and quota attainment

Qualifications

• 5 years related industry professional sales
• 2 years managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level
• Prior professional sales experience in the data center industry
• Knowledge of data center industry and current technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Position Wesco's design/engineering capabilities for power/cooling solutions and AI infrastructure
• Develops and administers sales plans to ensure quota attainment
• Partner with Marketing to develop sales marketing programs
• Forecasts and develops sales quotas for territories
• Manage order service and quotations with account team
• Maintains pricing and margin in line with market conditions
• Leads and trains sales staff
• Develops relationships with top customers
