Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales-related role with 2+ years in sales operations or enablement.
• Experience developing and executing sales enablement strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage E&O inventory reports.
• Lead E&O inventory prevention and resolution initiatives.
• Manage internal scrap process and reporting.
• Create and track KPIs for Sales and Sales Operations.
• Oversee customer surcharge calculations and processes.
• Conduct customer potential analysis.
• Collaborate with BI, CRM, and other teams to support sales KPIs and dashboards.
• Manage CRM software including training, reporting, and optimization.
• Direct hiring, performance appraisals, and budget processes for the team.
• Lead and motivate a large team and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Implement training programs including new employee onboarding.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, and labor relations.
• Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and process refinement.
• Foster learning and innovation within the sales team.
