Job summary

Cencora is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations and ensure top-tier service for internal teams and customers. The role involves coordinating support activities, handling administrative requests, and ensuring account health across programs.

You'll partner with sales, shared services, and customers in a remote environment, analyzing data, solving problems, and driving process improvements while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, business operations, program coordination, customer support, supply chain support, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to review, interpret, and analyze reports.
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and support practical business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in communicating directly with customers and leading calls when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting administrative processes such as onboarding, audits, reporting, and account maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales support activities for assigned accounts, programs, and business processes to ensure timely execution and service continuity.
• Manage work from a shared inbox and Salesforce queue, responding to customer and sales team requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support customer onboarding, audits, reporting requests, account administration, and other operational activities.
• Analyze reports and transaction issues to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and route corrective actions to the appropriate internal teams, including CIDM and Contracts.
• Collaborate with sales, shared services, operations, IT, suppliers, external partners, and customers to resolve account, data, system, enrollment, and compliance-related issues.
• Monitor customer account health and program performance to help sales teams take a proactive rather than reactive approach.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, reporting outputs, and support materials to improve consistency and visibility.
• Provide clear communication and updates to internal stakeholders and customers, including participating in and eventually leading customer calls as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable process enhancements.
• Assist with training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for internal users on systems, processes, and program requirements.
