Job summary

Cencora is hiring a proactive Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations in a remote environment. You will partner with sales reps and shared services, coordinating activities, managing requests, and maintaining customer accounts.

The role emphasizes problem solving, data analysis, and process improvements, requiring strong Salesforce and Excel skills and the ability to lead customer calls when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and data analysis.
• Excel skills to review and interpret reports.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales support activities for assigned accounts and programs.
• Manage shared inbox and Salesforce queue for requests from customers and sales teams.
• Support onboarding, audits, reporting, and account maintenance.
• Analyze reports to identify discrepancies and route corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Monitor account health and program performance to help proactive selling.
• Prepare process docs, work instructions, and reporting outputs.
• Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders and customers; lead calls when needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and scalable process enhancements.
• Assist with training and knowledge transfer for internal users.
