Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, business operations, program coordination, customer support, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel with the ability to review, interpret, and analyze reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales support activities for accounts, programs, and business processes to ensure timely execution and service continuity.
• Manage work from a shared inbox and Salesforce queue, responding to customer and sales team requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support customer onboarding, audits, reporting requests, account administration, and other operational activities.
• Analyze reports and transaction issues to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and route corrective actions to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, shared services, operations, IT, suppliers, external partners, and customers to resolve account, data, system, enrollment, and compliance-related issues.
• Monitor customer account health and program performance to help sales teams take a proactive rather than reactive approach.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, reporting outputs, and support materials to improve consistency and visibility.
• Provide clear communication and updates to internal stakeholders and customers, including participating in and eventually leading customer calls as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable process enhancements.
• Assist with training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for internal users on systems, processes, and program requirements.
