Job summary

Armada is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the AI Factory sales team across the US. You will ensure processes run smoothly, manage data, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel, events, and collateral. The role requires organization, strong communication, and Salesforce proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or related role.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple threads.
• Clear, professional written communication with executives.
• Discretion with confidential deal information.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience; familiarity with Gong, Ironclad or DocuSign, virtual data rooms.
• Comfort using AI tools to automate routine work.
• Willingness to work across U.S., European, and APAC time zones.

Responsibilities

• Track follow-ups owed by AI Factory Account Executives and close them.
• Capture action items from deal meetings and chase them to completion.
• Run the NDA process end-to-end: request, route for signature, track status.
• Track documents and data room access for prospective customers and partners.
• Assemble collateral packages and track what was sent to whom.
• Maintain stakeholder trackers on multi-threaded deals across counterparties.
• Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and internal deal reviews across time zones.
• Prepare meeting briefs and pre-read packets ahead of key meetings.
