Job summary

Armada is hiring a Sales Coordinator to accelerate the AI Factory team by providing critical operational and administrative support across the sales organization. You will help keep deals moving, ensure data accuracy in Salesforce, and coordinate travel, events, and communications across time zones.

The role requires experience in B2B tech environments, strong organizational skills, and comfort with AI tools to automate routine work. Remote-based in the continental US with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, transaction coordination, executive support, or project coordination.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple threads and follow through without reminders.
• Clear, professional written communication with senior executives, customers, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Track follow-ups and ensure closure by AI Factory Account Executives.
• Capture action items from deal meetings and chase to completion.
• Run NDA process end to end: request, route for signature, track status, and confirm NDA in place.
• Maintain data room access and manage documents for prospects and partners.
• Assemble and send collateral packages and track deliveries.
