Job summary

Armada is hiring a Sales Coordinator to accelerate the AI Factory sales team by delivering essential operational and administrative support across deals and engagements. You will ensure NDA readiness, maintain data rooms, and coordinate collateral, meetings, and travel across time zones.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong Salesforce usage, with exposure to Gong, Ironclad, DocuSign, and data rooms. Remote work across the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, transaction coordination, executive support, or project coordination within a B2B technology, infrastructure, or financial services company.
• Highly organized, with a track record of managing many parallel threads and following through without reminders.
• Clear, professional written communication with senior executives, customers, and investors.
• Discretion with confidential deal and investor information.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience; familiarity with Gong, Ironclad or DocuSign, virtual data rooms, and Chili Piper is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track follow-ups owed by AI Factory Account Executives and ensure every one closes.
• Capture action items from deal meetings and chase them to completion.
• Run the NDA process end to end; route for signature and confirm NDA is in place before any engineering engagement.
• Track documents and data room access for prospective customers and partners.
• Assemble and send collateral packages and track what was sent to whom.
• Maintain stakeholder trackers on multi-threaded deals.
