Job summary

Armada is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator for the AI Factory to support a fast-growing, senior sales team across US-based accounts. You will manage deal workflows, coordinate travel and events, maintain Salesforce records, and ensure timely NDA processing and data room access.

Remote role with a focus on operations across time zones, enabling a high-velocity sales process. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in sales coordination or transaction coordination within B2B tech, strong organization,

Qualifications

2-4 years in sales coordination, transaction coordination, executive support, or project coordination.
Experience in B2B technology, infrastructure, or financial services is a plus.
Strong written communication with senior executives, customers, and investors.

Responsibilities

Track follow-ups owed by AI Factory Account Executives and ensure closure.
Capture action items from deal meetings and chase to completion.
Run NDA process end to end: request, route for signature, track status, and confirm NDA is in place before any engineering engagement.
Track documents and data room access for prospective customers and partners.
Assemble and send collateral packages and track distribution.
