Job summary

Armada is seeking an organized sales coordination professional to support the AI Factory sales team. You will help ensure processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and communications are timely.

This role involves tracking follow-ups, action items, NDAs and deliverables; coordinating travel, site visits and events; and maintaining CRM data and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.

Qualifications
