Armada is hiring a Sales Coordinator to accelerate the AI Factory team. You will provide operational and administrative support, keep Salesforce data current, manage NDA processes, and coordinate travel, events, and collateral packages across time zones.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and engineering to keep deals moving smoothly. The role requires 2–4 years in sales coordination or related fields, exceptional organization, and professional communication with executives

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, transaction coordination, executive support, or project coordination in a B2B technology/infrastructure context.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple threads and follow through without reminders.
• Professional written communication with senior executives, customers, and investors.

Mansioni

• Track follow-ups and ensure closure by AI Factory Account Executives.
• Coordinate NDA process end-to-end and manage data room access.
• Log meetings and maintain accurate Salesforce data; support forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate travel, site visits, and company events with internal teams and partners.
