Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage the open queue of sales requests, keep CRM data current, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams. This fully remote role supports Iowa-based workflows and requires a disciplined, proactive communicator who can maintain accurate notes and timely follow-ups.

Under the guidance of a Sales Operations Manager, you will organize opportunities, ensure clean data, and help prepare routine summaries for leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in sales coordination or related operations preferred.
• Familiarity with sales opportunity stages, requests, follow-up practices, and workflows.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Ability to maintain trackers in spreadsheet tools such as LibreOffice Calc; familiarity with scheduling tools like Acuity Scheduling and project tools like Basecamp.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming requests from a shared email queue, sales reps, and internal tickets, then sort by urgency and next action.
• Check opportunity details, contact information, sales stages, and notes in a CRM prior to updates.
• Enter complete, consistent sales activity notes, ownership details, and follow-up dates for easy locating by reps and leaders.
• Coordinate requests for product or service information, pricing guidance, and sales materials with internal contacts.
• Maintain trackers using spreadsheets or data entry tools, identifying missing details for follow-up.
