Responsibilities

• Track day-to-day project timelines across customer opportunities and campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, meeting notes, action items, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Serve as a central liaison for internal coordination and customer requests.
• Identify risks and follow up with teams to prevent escalations.
• Support meeting prep, materials, and interaction tracking.
• Lead Walmart item setup process with related data and tools.
• Manage sample requests, inventory logs, and sell-in documentation.
• Gather competitive insights from store visits and organize findings.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and recaps.
