Job summary

Zenith Home Corp. seeks a data-driven analyst to prepare weekly point-of-sale reports, analyze Walmart US and Mexico sales, and identify business risks. You will pull return-rate data, investigate pricing discrepancies, and maintain item/cost information across systems.

You’ll coordinate with sales to align priorities and drive data-informed decisions. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly POS reporting with trends, insights, and risks.
• Compile and analyze Walmart US and Mexico sales and market share data.
• Pull US return-rate data to identify trends and aid issue resolution.
• Investigate PO pricing and system discrepancies with cross-functional partners.
• Manage internal and Walmart new-item creation and maintenance processes.
• Maintain item and cost data across internal systems and Walmart platforms.
• Support Walmart QMS quotes and Supplier One documentation.
• Research deduction discrepancies and assist with supporting docs and resolution.
• Coordinate sample tags and tracking requests for sales managers and customers.
• Partner daily with sales to understand priorities and provide business support.
• Navigate Retail Link, i360, QMS, Scintilla, and Supplier One for account execution.
• Maintain data integrity and improve reporting processes and tools.

• Compile and analyze Walmart US and Mexico sales and market share reporting
• Pull US return-rate and Return analyze data to identify trends and support issue resolution
• Investigate purchase-order pricing and system discrepancies with internal cross-functional partners
• Manage internal and Walmart new-item creation and ongoing item maintenance processes
• Maintain accurate item and cost information across internal systems and Walmart platforms
• Complete and support Walmart QMS quotes, form population, and Supplier One requirements
• Research deduction discrepancies and assist with supporting documentation and resolution
• Coordinate sample tags and sample-tracking requests to support sales managers and customer needs
• Partner daily with the sales team to understand priorities and provide effective business support
• Navigate Retail Link, Item 360 (i360), QMS, Scintilla, and Supplier One for account execution
• Maintain data integrity and improve reporting, processes, and standardized tools where appropriate
