Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst III to join the Sales Operations team. This fully remote role partners with the Commercial Sales organization to design, implement, and optimize sales strategies, and to advance reporting and decision support.

You will work with cross-functional teams, build predictive insights with AI, PowerBI, and other tools, and help manage incentive compensation processes for North American field teams.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree in finance or related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or Financial Analyst roles.
• Experience in Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences is a plus.
• Must have experience as a sales operations business partner with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data tools (Cognos, Xactly Incent, PowerBI, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to corporate events as needed.

• Support sales incentive compensation deliverables for North American LPG field sales teams.
• Design sales compensation plans for all team members from Territory Reps to Zone Directors.
• Review monthly incentive payouts, revenue adjustments and performance.
• Involvement in month-end reporting and revenue data preparation for monthly review.
• Engage in quota setting and forecasting for the North American Sales organization.
• Maintain data quality in the Sales Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent.
• Lead special projects supporting group-level initiatives.
• Coordinate Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix documentation and changes.
• Support Sales Territory Management including territory mapping and documentation.
• Provide reporting and predictive insights using AI, PowerBI and other tools.
