Revance Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to own the incentive compensation management for the field sales organization.

This role sits in Sales Operations and reports to the Sales Operations Manager, with remote work options across the United States. The right candidate will manage end‑to‑end ICM cycles, validate payouts, support platform implementation, and build scalable processes to keep incentive pay accurate, timely, and auditable for Finance and internal/external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years’ analytical experience including at least 3 years in incentive or sales compensation.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with an incentive compensation management platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer recurring calculation of incentive payouts for field sales roles.
• Help implement the ICM platform: document requirements, build test plans, and support go‑live.
• Serve as primary contact for field sales inquiries and disputes about pay.
• Prepare, reconcile, and validate inputs feeding calculations: results, quotas, territory changes.
• Reconcile payouts against source data and maintain controls for audit defensibility.
• Lead testing, validation, and parallel runs; manage plan configuration and data loads.
• Produce reporting for sales leadership, Finance, and HR on attainment, payout, and plan costs.
• Document plan mechanics and exception handling; keep plan docs current.
