Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst III for a fully remote position available to candidates within the 48 contiguous United States. The role supports North American sales operations, compensation design, and data-driven insights to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with the Commercial Sales org, prepare monthly revenue reports, and contribute to quota setting and forecasting. Strong Excel, Cognos/Xactly, and PowerBI skills are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

BA/BS in finance or related field; MBA a plus.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible business experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or Financial Analyst role.
Experience with Cognos (or equivalent), Xactly Incent (or equivalent), PowerBI and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel to corporate events as needed.

Responsibilities

Support sales incentive compensation deliverables for North American LPG field sales teams.
Design sales compensation plans for all team members, from Territory Sales Reps to Zone Directors.
Review monthly incentive compensation payouts, revenue adjustments and performance.
Involvement in month-end reporting and preparation of revenue data reports for monthly review.
Engage in the quota setting process and forecasting for the North American Sales organization.
Using AI, PowerBI and other tools, provide reporting and predictive insights to the teams you support.
