Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in the United States seeks a Sales Operations Analyst III to drive incentive compensation, forecasting, and reporting for North America. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to implement strategy and deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes data quality, business analytics, and leveraging AI/PowerBI to support performance and growth. Remote work is available within the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or Financial Analyst roles.
• Experience in Diagnostics/Medical Device/Life Sciences is a plus.
• Sales operations partner with cross-functional teams.
• Strong Excel; Cognos, Xactly Incent, PowerBI, PowerPoint proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Support sales incentive compensation deliverables for North American LPG field sales teams.
• Design sales compensation plans for all team members, from Territory Sales Reps to Zone Directors.
• Review monthly incentive compensation payouts, revenue adjustments and performance.
• Month-end reporting and preparation of revenue data reports for monthly review.
• Engage in the quota setting process and forecasting for the North American Sales organization.
• Ensure proper data quality and maintenance in the Sales Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent.
• Lead special projects that support group-level initiatives.
• Coordinate the Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix and changes.
• Support the Sales Territory Management process, including territory mapping and documentation.
• Use AI, PowerBI and other tools to provide reporting and predictive insights.
