Job summary

Verint is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This remote US role requires you to analyze sales data, optimize processes, and provide insights to improve forecasting and performance.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and ensure CRM data integrity across Salesforce and analytics tools. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–4 years in data analytics or finance within SaaS, and strong Excel and data visualization skills with

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent working experience.
3-4 years experience in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or related field, at least 2+ within a SaaS organization.
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Develop dashboards and reports on sales performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, quota attainment).
Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and sales cycle length; perform variance and trend analysis.
Support forecasting processes using historical sales data and market trends.
Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Contribute insights to sales leadership and executive teams.
