Job summary

Calabrio is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will analyze sales data, optimize processes, and provide insights that boost forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of data analytics or finance experience in SaaS, a related Bachelor's degree, advanced Excel, and experience with Salesforce, Tableau or Power BI. This remote US role is aligned to EST/CT time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
3–4 years in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or related field, with at least 2 years in a SaaS organization.
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Update and send out weekly and monthly pipeline, bookings and key metrics report to ELT/SLT and board members.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Develop dashboards and reports on sales performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, quota attainment).
Provide insights to support strategic sales planning and decision-making.
Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and sales cycle length.
Perform variance and trend analysis on sales results and forecasts.
Provide recommendations to improve sales productivity.
Support forecasting processes using historical sales data and market trends.
