Job summary

Komprise is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to enhance efficiency, visibility, and effectiveness of the go-to-market organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Optimization, this role supports the sales team and interfaces with Marketing, Finance, and leadership.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable turning data into actionable recommendations to help leaders make better decisions. Remote work in the United States is available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company.
• Analytical ability to structure problems and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with HubSpot, Claude (or AI tools), and Outreach.
• Experience with SaaS sales metrics and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for deal structuring, pricing, quoting, and approvals.
• Own the deal desk workflow end-to-end: quotes, processing orders, validating registrations, contract support.
• Document and enforce sales processes, policies, and rules of engagement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success on GTM initiatives and reporting.
• Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and help optimize the sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
