Turn 1 Carbon Fiber is seeking a Sales Manager to grow our dealer and distributor network while driving revenue. You will own relationships from first contact to repeat orders and coordinate with production to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in motorcycle or powersports sales, experience with B2B accounts, and a proven, close-oriented communicator who thrives in a remote, fast-growing environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in sales, preferably in motorcycle, powersports or performance parts.
• Experience with B2B accounts (dealers or distributors) and direct-to-consumer sales.
• Proven communication and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.

Mansioni

• Own relationships with dealers, distributors, shops and direct customers.
• Manage the full sales process from first contact to repeat orders.
• Work with leadership on sales strategy, pricing and growth targets.
• Coordinate with production and fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast pipeline.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to strategy as we scale.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
