Job summary

Serving Immigrants is a mission-driven immigration law firm seeking a Sales Manager to lead 11+ intake and consultation specialists and to align daily sales performance with firm goals. You will drive high-accountability processes, coaching, and cross-department collaboration to improve conversions and client satisfaction.

The role is primarily remote with occasional in-person events; requires 3+ years in sales with 2+ in leadership and preference for Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or training capacity.
• Experience managing sales or intake teams in high-volume, service-based environments such as law firms or professional services.
• Proven ability to drive conversions and maintain client engagement in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to design, refine, and execute sales processes that align with firm objectives and client experience.
• Spanish fluency preferred, given national reach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 11+ intake and consultation specialists with clear daily expectations.
• Develop and implement structured sales processes, scripts, and follow-up protocols; track key KPIs.
• Provide consistent coaching to enhance sales skills, tone, urgency, and empathy.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure steady flow of leads; manage distribution and follow-up sequences.
• Build dashboards and reports; present insights to leadership and drive improvement plans.
• Represent the firm at community events and partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks in intake/consultation; design scalable scheduling, lead tracking, and client communications systems.
• Work with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth transition from intake to signed client.
