Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Intake Manager to lead an intake team, drive conversion performance, coaching, and compliant client experience across virtual and in-office settings. You will coach Leads and Specialists, analyze data, and implement actions to close gaps while upholding the firm's mission to support families and individuals seeking safety and stability.

In this role you will run daily huddles, participate in hiring decisions, and partner with Training and QA to translate findings

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a consultative sales or client-facing role with proven conversion results.
• 2-4 years leading a team and driving performance.
• Experience in immigration, legal services, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intake Leads and Specialists, setting clear expectations and coaching rhythms.
• Own conversion performance across the full span of control with data-driven actions.
• Develop Intake Leads as coaches and people leaders to improve consultations.
• Conduct structured 1:1s, review performance, and set development priorities.
• Review consultation recordings and CRM data to identify coaching opportunities.
