Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, seeks a Sales Manager for OEM/Nuclear/Key Accounts to lead the Energy+ sales organization across the US. You will recruit and coach top performers, manage funnel and forecast, and build value-based solutions for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical markets.

You will report to the Americas Sales Director and work remotely across the United States, driving sales growth, customer relationships, and team discipline with Salesforce and DBS tools.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience selling filtration and separation solutions.
• 3+ years leading and developing sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical discipline; business education a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth delivery and commercial strategy to meet targets across direct accounts.
• Drive customer expansion and value positioning with Pall's full portfolio.
• Build and refine robust account plans to grow share of wallet and pipeline quality.
• Lead adoption of Pall Sales Process, forecasting, and DBS tools.
• Develop team capability and maintain strong customer presence and pipeline visibility.
