Maverick Group US LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and execute North American sales strategy, build and mentor a three-person Regional Sales team, and drive revenue growth with CNC dealers, integrators, OEMs, and end customers. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on selling in a fast‑moving environment.

You will report to the CEO, manage CRM HubSpot and sales tools, travel roughly one week per month, and help professionalize the sales organization in a fully remote setting

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of regional or national sales leadership experience.
• Solid background in B2B industrial or manufacturing sales.
• Strong expertise in cold calling, prospecting, and closing long‑cycle sales.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and sales intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and team management abilities.
• Self‑motivated in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal structure.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly (about 1 week per month).
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement North American sales strategies to support expansion objectives.

• Represent the company at trade shows and customer events.
