Job summary

Gimatic USA, a leader in end-of-arm tooling and automation, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive territory growth in the Midwest and Ohio Valley. You will build and manage sales channels, provide technical support, and collaborate with distributors and customers to boost profits and efficiency.

The role requires extensive travel, strong leadership, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office. Remote-work is supported as needed to cover the regional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years technical sales experience, preferably in a distribution environment.
• Excellent English skills: verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans in support of company goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage sales channels for all Gimatic products and accessories in support of territory goals.
• Document sales activity including customer visits, opportunities, and account information through Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct regular reviews with Distributors and channel partners for regional growth.
• Provide customers and channel partners with technical support for Gimatic product lines.
• Provide on-site customer service and technical support for Gimatic products.
• Inform/teach customers about new products, applications, and Gimatic tools.
