Job summary

Maverick Group US LLC in Nashville, TN, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue across the Southeast, with a focus on Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi. This remote, field-based role blends account management, technical sales, and territory ownership, working with dealers, OEMs and end users to identify opportunities for upgrades and productivity gains.

The successful candidate will travel about 70% (30–40% overnight), work from a home office, and build a defined Southeast territory.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in CNC machining or manufacturing applications.
• Customer-facing experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or related roles.
• Ability to discuss manufacturing processes and technical solutions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales throughout the Southeast territory.
• Manage and expand relationships with dealers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and customer visits.
• Identify new end-user opportunities and build relationships with manufacturers.
• Identify retrofit, inspection, metrology, tooling, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Understand customer processes and recommend technical solutions.
• Present technical products to engineers and manufacturing leaders.
• Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, trade shows, and events.
• Collaborate with internal resources to support customer requirements.
