Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand the customer base for transformer repair and refurbishment services.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across utilities, industrial customers, and service providers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
• Drive customer engagement activities, including visits, technical-commercial discussions, and value proposition development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to structure offerings aligned with customer needs.
• Lead opportunity pipeline development and management, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and conversion of opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs to define growth strategies and target segments.
• Support pricing strategies and commercial negotiations for win-win outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.
• Contribute to sales processes, tools, and best practices to support growth.
• Represent the company in industry events and strategic discussions to enhance market presence.
